You are receiving an automated text message from Emily M. Burchfield, LCPC. This message contains important information for new clients.

My north side office is located at 4305 N. Lincoln Avenue, Suite G, Chicago, IL 60618. When you arrive at the entrance, please use the dial by name directory to be buzzed into the building. Please have a seat right up front, and I will come up to greet you at the start time of the appointment.

My loop office is located at 401 S. LaSalle, Suite 800I, Chicago, IL 60605. Take the elevator to the 8th floor. Upon exiting, please proceed to the waiting area and have a seat. I will come up to greet you at the start time of the appointment.

Please make note of the day, time, and location of your initial appointment. Also, please be aware that I am unable to accommodate requests to reschedule initial appointments.
